and the 1st Annual North Hills Tour

The 2010 tour showcases homes from Upper St. Clair and Mt. Lebanon in the South, and the Villas of North Park, Breckenridge, and Lake MacLeod in the North. Attendees receive great ideas for building, renovating, decorating and landscaping.

Homes featured on this years tours include:

South Hills:

-A white brick Colonial on Larchmont Drive in Mt. Lebanon's Virginia Manor Community

-A Patio home on Jefferson Court in the Mt. Lebanon retirement community of Providence Point

-A traditional brick home with a Contemporary ambience on Forest Estates Drive in Upper St. Clair

-Two exquisite homes on Hunter's Path in the Fox Chase plan of Upper St. Clair

North Hills:

-A Castle in Marshall Township built on three wooded acres

-A spectacularly innovative home with a circular architectural design in Franklin Park

-A LEED certified Green house in Lake MacLeod

-A magnificent Tudor home in Marshall Township with an idyllic outdoor entertaining space

-An elegant Victorian reproduction in McCandless

The event will take place from 12 p.m- 5 p.m. and attendees can visit homes in any order during that time span.The South Hills tour will include a reception at Providence Point, while the North Hills tour features expert presentations on paint colors, design, and more.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the programs of Wesley Spectrum Services.

Cost: 25 dollars for the South Hills Tour, 30 dollars for the North Hills Tour. For the North Tour, children tickets are available for $10 for ages 6-18. Children five and under are free. Tickets can be purchased at the following ticket outlets:

Ace Hardware in Wexford is open from 10-6 on Sunday.
