Wesley Spectrum Services offers mental health outpatient counseling to any adult, adolescent or child with a mental health issue. We start with psychiatric evaluations or assessments and develop a personalized plan of care for each person. Our individual and group therapy is family focused and all staff members are cross-trained to recognize and treat multiple symptoms. We educate clients and families about their diagnosis and prognosis so they have realistic expectations.

We also provide medication monitoring and referrals for services. Outpatient clients receive up to five hours of counseling a week through clinics at convenient locations and during evening hours. For details about our services, contact our East Office at 412-342-2300.
