Wesley Spectrum Highland Services gives strength to a child with behavioral health issues who cannot thrive in traditional schools. It includes Wesley Spectrum Highland School, an Approved Private School and Wesley Spectrum Highland Youth Services, a school-based partial hospital. These programs work together to coordinate treatment and education for a customized learning experience for 170 students ages 6 to 21. Students live at home, and are referred to Wesley Spectrum by their local school district.

Wesley Spectrum Highland students have very complex needs, so we fashion the child’s entire daily experience – the total Milieu – as part of his or her treatment and education. This therapeutic Milieu includes building relationships with staff and restoring connections with family members. Because a child is able to practice his or her therapy in the “real world of the classroom, he or she is better prepared to encounter similar situations after leaving Wesley Spectrum Highland.
